Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Tinyhat, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Tinyhat for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The Tinyhat service

Tinyhat provides hosted AI-agent infrastructure, including dedicated isolated cloud Computers and integrations that let an agent use tools you choose. Features can change as the service evolves, and some features may be marked experimental or require a separate plan.

3. Your Computer and platform access

Each customer receives a dedicated, isolated cloud Computer. Tinyloop operates the underlying infrastructure, and Tinyhat does not read the contents of your Computer — its conversations, files, or logs — as part of routine operations. Human access to your Computer or its data is limited to actions you affirmatively request or permit (for example support you ask for), what is needed to investigate abuse, protect the service, or maintain security, and what is required by law.

4. Accounts, instructions, and permissions

You are responsible for your account, the instructions you give an agent, and the tools, data, and permissions you connect. You must have the rights needed for any credentials, content, software, or third-party accounts you use with Tinyhat. Review an agent's requested access and outputs before approving consequential actions.

5. Google Workspace and other third-party services

Tinyhat can help you connect services such as Google Workspace, Telegram, AI model providers, and other APIs. You choose whether to connect them and which permissions to grant. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside Tinyhat's control. You can revoke a connection through the provider and, where supported, disconnect it from your Tinyhat Computer.

6. Account upgrades and Stripe services

An optional account upgrade lets Tinyhat create an individual Stripe connected account for you and prepare access to services through Stripe Projects. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate, complete personal details. This upgrade is for individuals; it does not register a company.

By explicitly approving an upgrade, you accept these Terms and the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the applicable Stripe services terms. You authorize Tinyhat to send your email address, country, and related account activity to Stripe for account setup. You then give Stripe your legal name and date of birth yourself, in a form Stripe provides on the upgrade page, and accept Stripe's agreement there. Stripe processes that information under its Privacy Policy.

You authorize Stripe to verify your identity, including obtaining information from credit agencies where applicable. This information is used for the purposes described in Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Stripe may ask you to complete additional verification directly. Please also read its financial partner disclosure.

Where Tinyhat sponsors services, its platform payment method funds services requested by your agent within the monthly USD allowance shown for your account. This allowance is separate from your Tinyhat Computer credit, is not cash you can withdraw, and does not guarantee provider availability. Your agent may reserve portions of it for individual providers when Stripe lists a verifiable fixed price, without another Tinyhat approval. Payment limits constrain authorizations; they do not necessarily stop provider usage immediately or eliminate delayed charges. Check each provider’s usage and cancellation rules before enabling a service.

Upgrading alone does not purchase a service. Once you authorize agent service setup, an agent acting for your account may provision and manage free services and fixed-price paid services within your monthly allowance without a separate Tinyhat review for every purchase. Usage-priced or uncapped services are not available through this authorization. A provider may report delayed charges, so the monthly allowance is not a guarantee that a provider will stop work at the limit. Managing services includes connecting providers, accepting their terms, sharing your account contact details, submitting facts you give the agent, changing or deleting resources, rotating credentials, and disconnecting providers. A provider may still require its own authentication, information, or agreement. An agent may prepare your details, but you must review the complete information and these disclosures on the account review page before final approval. Corrections require a new review. You may expressly authorize a coding agent to operate that final review and approval page on your behalf; a general instruction to set up services does not authorize it to accept these terms. Signing in, owning a Computer, or giving an agent an access token does not by itself authorize an upgrade. Your agent must keep these details out of public files and source control. Our Privacy Policy explains storage and retention.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Tinyhat to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• run malicious, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity;
• probe, disrupt, or bypass security or service limits;
• interfere with another customer or shared infrastructure; or
• use a third-party service in violation of its terms.

8. Fees, cancellation, and data

Paid services are billed according to the plan shown at purchase or in a separate order. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation ends future service access and may start removal of the dedicated Computer and data stored on it. Export anything you need before cancellation.

9. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Tinyhat reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, reliability, legal compliance, or product changes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Intellectual property

Tinyhat and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Tinyloop or its licensors. You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AI agents can misunderstand instructions or produce incorrect output. You are responsible for reviewing important results and for how you use them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinyloop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of Tinyhat.

12. Changes and contact
