How can we help?
For account or technical help, email Tinyhat support or message us on Telegram. The steps below explain how to manage a Google Workspace connection without sharing any credentials with support.

Manage a Google Workspace connection
You remain in control of the access you grant. Disconnecting a credential and revoking access at Google are related but separate actions, so use both when you want to fully stop future access.
- Disconnect it from the Tinyhat Computer.Tell your connected Tinyhat agent that you want to disconnect Google Workspace. Review the confirmation it presents before the Computer removes the saved connection.
- Revoke Tinyhat in your Google Account.Open Google's third-party connections page, select Tinyhat, and remove its access. This prevents the credential from being used for new Google API requests.Open Google Account connections ↗
- Review data created during use.Revocation does not automatically delete emails, drafts, labels, events, files, or other items created in your Google account. You can review or remove those items directly in Google Workspace.
Request deletion
To request deletion of Google-derived data or related account records that Tinyhat controls, email privacy@tinyloop.co from the address associated with your account. Use the subject "Google data deletion request" and identify the relevant agent or Computer without including secrets.
We verify deletion requests before acting. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or law. Data held only by Google must be managed in Google, and data sent to a third-party service you selected is also subject to that provider's controls and policies.
Want the full data-use explanation?
